1. Accepting these terms

By using LoudPanda you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use LoudPanda

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything posted from it.

3. Posting your story

Only share your own, genuine experience with a business. Be honest and factual.

Do not post anything false, misleading, abusive, hateful, threatening or discriminatory.

Do not include anyone else's personal information, such as ID numbers, phone numbers, account numbers or home addresses.

Do not review a business you work for or compete with, and do not accept payment or rewards for a review.

4. Proof of purchase

Only upload receipts or invoices that belong to you. You may cover sensitive details, such as card numbers, before uploading.

The Proof-Verified Shield means a receipt matched the business. It does not mean LoudPanda has confirmed every detail of your story.

5. How we moderate

We may review, reject or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, including content that may be defamatory.

Anyone can report a story they believe breaks these rules, and we will look into it.

6. Businesses on LoudPanda

Businesses may respond to stories free of charge. Businesses may not pressure, pay or threaten anyone to change or remove a story.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your story. By posting it, you allow LoudPanda to display and share it on LoudPanda and its channels. You may ask us to remove your story at any time.

8. Our role

Stories reflect the views of the people who post them, not LoudPanda. We work to keep LoudPanda accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, LoudPanda is not liable for losses arising from content posted by users or from your dealings with businesses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

10. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Changes and contact
